FanFest

This event brings the stars of Canadian country to the fans - free of charge! A community event that combines back to back star performers with all of the excitement leading up to the CCMA Awards. This is one of the 'loudest' events at Country Music Week. The build-up to this annual Saturday celebration begins weeks prior, culminating in a giant celebration of country music for the thousands who attend. Don't miss the annual FanFest event. Trade booths, CD sales, a fun atmosphere, special opportunities to meet and greet with the artists, including autograph and photo sessions.

This event also brings to the community World Vision Canada’s One Life Experience, a 2,000-square-foot interactive village that transports guests to the heart of Africa. Through a captivating audio tour and powerful imagery, Fanfest guests will have the chance to experience the impact of HIV and AIDS by stepping into the life of a real African child.
