2012 Event Registration
IMPORTANT: This form is for CCMA Member 2012 Industry Events Registration Only. Individual event tickets for the general public can be purchased at the Country Music Week Registration Desk from September 6-9, 2012.
Tickets for the CCMA Awards are now onsale at all ticketmaster locations and online and at www.ticketmaster.ca.
5% GST will be added to all prices - Registration # R100762590 CANCELLATIONS: All registration cancellations must be received in writing at the CCMA office before August 20, 2012 and are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. No refunds, changes or cancellations after August 20, 2012. Registrations and tickets can be purchased on site at the Credit Union Centre from Sept. 6 - 9, 2012. NO REFUNDS ON INDIVIDUAL TICKETS.
